Two years ago, I met Abby. And now Abby has a new little sister, Emma. Together, these littles sound like they should be the main characters of a children's book, Abby & Emma Go to Washington.

When I was recently invited to attend a private dinner for a new chef in D.C., I was super excited. When I was then asked to take photos, I was EXCITED!! (all caps and exclamation points). It was SO SO GOOD!! Meet the team and the food behind Dorjee Momo. If you're in D.C., it's time to go on a hunt for AH-MAZING Tibetan dumplings.
Three days before the big day (aka hip surgery) I finished out my 2016 photo season with the wedding of Nat & Anna. After having a rainy engagement session, we were gifted with a beautiful day in PA/DE on a farm that has been owned by a member of Nat's family for...well, quite sometime. They got married with only their closest family in a tiny chapel (formerly a spring house) and I couldn't have imagined a better way to close out a season.
I love fall mini-sessions! And this one was no exception.
The family, the plaid, the light, and the tree climbing. It was all pretty wonderful.
Georgetown + Friends + Proposals + Secret Photo Session (like, I was hiding behind a column) = Best Day Ever. Congrats K&A!!
